Honda concept car

Honda pulled the wraps of the Honda New Small Concept and at the Auto Expo. This is the first time that Honda chose India for the world premier of a car. The concept car has been designed specially for India and emerging markets. The concept is a family car and comfortably seats five adult passengers.

Toyota Etios Concept

Toyota known for its constant and innovative improvements has unveiled the Toyota Etios Sedan and the concept Etios small car.The entry level four-door, engineered to compete with Suzuki's Swift sedan, will be available with a 1.4-liter diesel that's used in the Yaris, and either a 1.2-liter or 1.3-liter engine

Toyota Prius

Toyota has launched its famed hybrid car the Prius at the Auto Expo in India making it the second Hybrid car to be available in the country.Third generation Prius was launched in international markets only last year. The Prius will be available in two variants and is priced at 26.55 lakh and 27.86 lakh.

Prius is equipped with the latest of its pioneering technology - the Toyota Hybrid System II and with one of the best aerodynamic performances. Other features include regenerative braking, Heads-up Display, Electronically controlled CVT and a push start system.

Toyota Fine-S Concept

It contains hydrogen fuel cells below the deck for a low center of gravity, and independent 4-wheel control for exceptional drivability, the Toyota Fine-S Concept is the shape of what's to come.

The 10th Auto Expo has been organized jointly by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).

DELHI AUTO EXPO

New Cars display in 10th Auto Expo 2010 New Delhi
In this year of Auto Expo we will expect to see the some of the hottest new cars like Volkswagen Tuareg and Tiguan SUVs and a splash of new Beetles at the VW pavilion apart from the Polo. The latest version of the Up concept which outlines the next generation small car from VW is also expected to be there. The new BMW 5 series is expected to back to the traditional school of design and is an important model for markets like India and China. Ford has already unveiled their small car at a function well ahead of the Auto Expo. The toast at the Nissan pavilion is going to be the new Micra/March which will have its world premiere in India. Audi will be showcasing their newest star, the A8 at the show. In this Auto Expo we will go to see the new small car, the Beat of GMI.
