TVS Apache RTR 180

The Apache RTR 160 is the most successful bike marketted by TVS in the Indian markets. The RTR stands for "Racing Throttle Response". Apache was a good competetor to other 150cc bikes such as Honda Unicorn, Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi etc. After the great success of Apache RTR 160 in the Indian markets, TVS introduces new Apache RTR 180 in India. Read more to know the details.
The design, which had been considered as the plus point of Apache bikes has not been changed much in the Apache RTR 180 also. To differ from early models, new graphics pattern is given in Apache RTR 180. The front fork and the gas reservoirs in the rear shock are coated with golden paint.
Unlike the former model, the RTR 180 has tubeless tyres at the front and rear. The front tyres are 90/90 X 17 and rear tyres are 110/80 X 17. But the tyres are comparatively lighter than tyres with tubes. When compared to the former model, the weight of the bike has not increased much. The weight is 137 kg which is 1 kg greater than the former model.
The digital instrument panel contains speedometer, fuel guage, clock, and two trip meters.
Another speciality of RTR 180 is sporty mudguard.
